You can view and modify the security settings for all of your staff from a drag and drop Visual Security screen.
You can organize users in groups, assign the groups the security settings you desire and test the menu layouts of your design, all from a single, visually efficient interface.
Assigning security is as easy as dragging the menu option you want to give a user or group and dropping that item on the user or group of your choice.
If you have purchased the Multi-Company support module, you can even drag and drop security settings to assign your users and groups access to your individual company databases.

Let’s say you are browsing and editing your account file, and you want to give your users the ability to display only the ones that are still classed as hot but not worked in the last 10 days.
Within seconds you can create the query and add it to your account browse menu with a new menu title of Second Pass Accounts and all your users will have access to it from their account browse menu.

Each account can store and track multiple R/O, Co/X and Employer address locations including how often each address has been hit and when.

From plug-in modules that continually check for exceptions in the system (such as accounts that are old and not worked in over 100 days, to accounts closed without invoicing), to automating daily reports and statistics.
Custom Fees for each client
First, our software allows you to establish default fees to be used throughout the system.
Then, on each client screen, you can store special, custom fees for each client.
Once these client fees are set up, you wont have to keep looking back through client reports to see if you have negotiated special fees, you just enter the invoice and Etracker does the rest of the work for you.
Enter and Track outstanding fees for accounts - As they occur
As you work your accounts, you can store processing fees as they occur directly on the account screen.
Then, when an invoice is created later, your users will be notified that outstanding fees are present and the software will automatically add them to the current invoice as desired.
We also have management reports that help you track outstanding fees that have not been invoiced yet so you can always stay on top of things. No Lost Revenue!
Invoice Speed Pay
Our accounting system has a Speed Pay screen used to help you enter payments on invoices as fast as you can key. You simply specify the invoice number, check number, amount, and post.
It even keeps a running list of invoices paid in the current batch so that you can print and store the report for future account reference.
